The AJS will provide a visa letter on letterhead to participants that are registered and listed in the convention program. Please allow up to two weeks for your letter to be returned to you. Unless otherwise requested, all letters will be sent via email.
Visas can take several months to process. Please request this letter well in advance of the conference so the embassy has time to process your application.
