Participants will present their chapter drafts\, give comments on e ach other's work\, as well as receive feedback from the Workshop conveners . Students will have the opportunity to meet with archivists and\, also\, discuss professional issues\, ranging from publishing to the job market. D octoral students working on topics related to American Jewish history\, wh ether or not their primary research is in American or Jewish history\, are encouraged to apply. Accepted students will be given travel stipends and accommodations if they are coming from outside of the NYC vicinity\, and m eals.\n\nApplicants should send a 350-word abstract of their dissertations and a letter of recommendation from their dissertation advisors.
