Please note: All meal cancellations will be refunded in full through November 17. After November 17, refunds will no longer be available.

Menus

Below are the anticipated menus, but specific items may be substituted pending supply or other circumstances. Kosher vegetarian meals are automatically ordered for all those who indicate "vegetarian" during the online registration process. If you plan to purchase any meals and have specific food allergies or other special meal concerns, please contact conference@associationforjewishstudies.org.

Daily Breakfast Buffet (all 3 days)

   • Assorted bagels

   • House baked pastries

   • Cream cheese, margarine, and jams

   • Smoked salmon

   • Sliced tomatoes, lettuce, onions, capers

   • Hard-boiled eggs (Sunday and Tuesday)

   • Yogurt (Monday)

   • Whole fresh fruit

   • Coffee service

Sunday Lunch

   • Artisan rolls

   • Kale and quinoa salad, dried cranberries, Marcona almonds, lemon vinaigrette

   • Roasted seasonal sustainable catch, roasted root vegetables, rice pilaf (no butter)

   • Vegan chocolate cake

   • Coffee service

Monday Lunch

   • Artisan rolls

   • Vegan minestrone soup

   • Poached salmon salad, green beans, new potatoes, olives, dijon dressing

   • Vegan almond milk tapioca

   • Coffee service

Tuesday Lunch: Deli Buffet

   • Assorted sandwiches: chicken salad, lettuce, tomato, herb roll; turkey, lettuce, tomato, seeded wheat; grilled vegetable wrap, falafel, hummus

   • Arugula salad, fennel, apples, dried cranberries, herb vinaigrette

   • Roasted heirloom potato salad

   • Assorted pickles and condiments

   • Vegan rice pudding

Sunday Dinner

   • Artisan rolls

   • Local organic greens, poached pears, spiced pecans, pomegranate dressing

   • Grilled NY steak, Madeira sauce, market vegetables, farro risotto

   • Artisan rolls and margarine

   • Chicory Caesar salad, apples, dried cranberries, pomegranate dressing

   • Roasted fennel-rubbed chicken, Israeli couscous, pinenuts, currants, preserved lemon, market vegetables

   • Vegan red velvet cake
